French Cleat Pack - Factory Seconds

**FACTORY SECONDS**

When working with wood things are not always perfect.  Factory second cleat packs will have some tearout on the edges, larger chips missing on the ends, or imperfect dimensions.  They are still fully functional and will work well in any utilitarian space.

It all starts here.  This pack includes everything you need to begin organizing your shop or hobby space with our french cleat system.  It includes 8 premium plywood cleat strips that are 4 feet long, 2 1/4 inches tall, and 3/4 of an inch thick.  With our standard 6 inch spacing this pack will cover a 4' x 4' wall space.  

In the box we also include 35 - 3" GRK screws with a T-25 torx bit for securing your cleats to studs.  For full installation instructions see this page.  

Our cleats are made from the highest quality veneer core plywood and come unfinished allowing you to customize the look to suit your space.  They can be left raw, or are easily painted, stained, or clear finished.  See this page (PAGE LINK) for finishing tips.  

If this is your first time installing our cleat system we recommend adding the [LINK]Rapid Installation Kit to your order.  This kit includes our proprietary Quick-Cleat jig set and a Snappy countersink drill bit to enable a fast installation of your cleats. In most cases you can have the entire 4' by 4' cleat wall installed in under 30 minutes.  Check out this guide for detailed installation instructions.
